Daily Verses : John 4: 5 – 26, 39
Key Verse : John 4 : 25-26 : The woman said to Him, “I know that Messiah is coming” (who is called Christ). “When He comes, He will tell us all things.” Jesus said to her, “I who speak to you am He.”
In order to have a great desire to preach the gospel and to bring our friends to receive the salvation in the Lord, we have to experience something like what the Samaritan woman experienced. The Samaritan woman encountered God personally and it changed her life. The Lord visited her and talked with her. He didn’t judge her for all the sins that she had done throughout her life but instead He invited her to believe in Him, which can be seen in verse 21. God’s great love and grace caused this woman to repent. Not only did the Samaritan woman repented, but she also started to preach the gospel to her friends in her city. Experience a personal encounter with Him and have a personal experience in walking with Him. When we can establish this, we will be excited to bring our friends to the Lord. The purpose is so that they too can experience a wonderful journey with God.
Our personal encounter with God is the beginning of our exciting spiritual journey.
Daily Action :
Today, I will make time to have a fellowship with God. I will make the to pray, worship, and read His word, so that I can continue to experience the personal encounter with God.
Daily Declaration :
John 4 : 23 : But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.
Daily Prayer :
I will pray together with my family today and we will pray for our VIP List, especially for those who does not know the Lord. This is so that God can touch their heart individually.
