I READ: Ephesians 5:1-21
Once more, Paul reminded the congregation in Ephesus to not live in the dark, just as how they’ve been living. He reminded them to not live in covetousness, to refrain from foolish talking, to stay away from idolatry, and fornication. He wanted them to become children of light. Paul also reminded that children of light should not partake with those living in the dark. Be very careful because evil company corrupts good habit, 1 Corinthians 15:33. As children of light we should always weigh on what is pleasing to God and to always understand His will. Paul at the end reminded us to walk circumspectly and to redeem the time.
I DECLARE: Ephesians 5:15-16 – See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time…..
I DO: What action will I take today after meditating on the Word of God?
I PRAY: Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit.
