Daily Verses: Romans 8:18-30.
Key Verse: Romans 8:28: “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”
Many of God’s children want to live their lives selfishly and feel that they do not need the Lord when everything is going well. But, they would start to cry out to the Lord in times of troubles and pressures. These kinds of people do not fully involve God in their lives. We need to realize that in the midst of the world that’s worsening and hopeless, it is very important to involve God in every aspect of our lives. How can we do this? We need to ask the Holy Spirit to guide, direct and give us wisdom daily. Also, enter into His presence often and have a fellowship with Him through reading the Word, prayer, praise and worship. We will live in peace when we know that the Lord’s hand is upon us, and surrounding us. Even though bad things happen at times, our heart believes that all things work together for good (Romans 8:28) because the Lord is with us. He will give the best for those who depend on Him in all things.
Humans’ strength is limited, but those who depend on the Lord will continue to move forward in this life.
