I READ: Mark 10:46-52
This is the Lord’s 3rd message since last Monday, how He longs for us to not give up, but instead be diligent in expecting His promises to come to past. Bartimaeus cried out to Jesus repeatedly until Jesus answered him. He didn’t give up at all even though many warned him to be quiet. That type of faith is what God longs for us to have. Don’t worry about all the things that others may say to weaken us. Continue to believe in the Lord’s promises in our lives and continue to knock on the doors of Heaven until God opens them for us. Ask and the Lord will give us; seek the Lord and we’ll find Him. Just believe. Our God is not a god who likes to play hide and seek. He does not on purpose try to hide Himself from us. Instead He is a god who seeks us, His children.
I DECLARE: Matthew 7:7–8 – “Ask and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened for you…”
I DO: What action will I take today after meditating on the Word of God?
I PRAY: Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit.
