Trust in The Lord to Lead Your Life

Daily Verses : Exodus 33:14-16

Key Verse: Exodus 33:15 : Then he [Moses] said to Him, “If Your Presence does not go with us, do not bring us up from here.

The Bible wrote that Moses was a humble man. His humbleness is more than any person on the earth (Numbers 12:3). If we study Moses’s life, we can see how a humble man was able to lead a big nation, the nation of Israel. He was declared as the Pharaoh’s son when he was 3 years old. He stayed in Egypt until he was 40 years old, which was when he rescued the Israelites who were tortured by the Egyptians and also the last year he lived in Egypt. Moses ran from Egypt and went to Midian. He stayed in Midian for 40 years and became a shepherd until God called him through the burning bushes. Moses tried to avoid his calling but in the end he realized and accepted God’s calling, which was to lead the Israelites out of their slavery from the Egyptians. When he turned 80 years old, he went back to Egypt but he wasn’t the same Moses. He realized that he needed God and he truly realized that without God’s presence, he cannot do anything. He would only take the next step forward, which is to lead the nation of Israel out of Egypt to the promised land, only if God’s presence is with him. Moses trusted his life and his nation fully to the Lord. In the end, Moses experienced victories and was successful in leading his nation to the promised land.

If you do not want to experience difficulties in the future, do not go without the Lord.
