I READ: Ephesians 5:1-21
In his letter, Paul reminded the church in Ephesus to not live in their old ways. They were once darkness, but now they should start walking as children of light. They should not have fellowship with the unfruitful work of darkness and should stay away from bad fellowship because evil company corrupts good habits, 1 Corinthians 15:33. As children of light, they should always always know what is pleasing to God and understand God’s will. Paul also reminded the church to live wisely and to redeem the time. Let Paul’s advice be for us as well as children of light living in this end time.
I DECLARE: Ephesians 5:15-16 – See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil
