Daily Verses : Matthew 28:16-20.
Key Verse : Ephesians 6:15 : “…and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace…”
Before Jesus went up to the Heaven, He left the Great Commission to His disciples. This Great Commission can be found in Matthew 28:19-20. The Great Commission belongs to those who believe in Jesus. The main point of the great commission is evangelism, which is to tell others that Jesus has died for them and their sins have been forgiven only if they believe Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Often we feel unable to evangelize because we are afraid to be rejected, shy, not our responsibility, or we feel solidarity towards others. We need to throw those feelings away and start to evangelize. The easiest way to start evangelizing is by testifying about our lives. If we have good characteristics, positive attitude, always doing the right thing, our lifestyle can be a tool used in evangelizing to others. In addition, we can start evangelizing by testifying about how good and great our God is. The world is currently seeking righteousness and help and we can be of help by being a walking Bible that can be read by everyone. Believe that the Lord will be with us and will give us the power whenever we start to evangelize.
The most effective methods of evangelizing are to pray, to testify, and to have a life that glorifies God.
