I READ: Isaiah 40:21–25
The Bible compares us to grasshoppers to show us how small we are, as humans, compared to God. Sometimes we get trapped with our past and see our problems to be bigger than our God. Or when we are blessed, we forget the Source/Giver of those blessings. Isaiah 40:22 helps us to see “the bigger picture” in our lives. Our Lord is great, and we need to embed that in our minds and lives. He is bigger than our problems. He is also bigger than all our achievements. Let us today give all respect, praise and thanks in all things to our Lord Jesus Christ because He is worthy of that because God is great!
