PURITY OF THE HEART

I READ: Matthew 6: 1 -4

We learned that Jesus Christ is someone who is truly pure in his heart. Jesus fulfilled all His works on the cross absolutely and unquestionably with no other intent or complained which was imposed on Him based on the Father’s will. For the book of Isaiah says, He was like a lamb led to a slaughter (afflicted and oppressed) yet he did not open his mouth. Jesus paid the price of our sins at the cross, not to be simply called a hero. For nor he did expect praises or any forms of flattery. Jesus willingly paid for our sins because He loves the Father and He loves us. Jesus emptied his soul and gave up his seat on the throne with the Father without contemplating his position in heaven. His humility, His purity, and his obedience to the Father in heaven are why our Father has lifted and granted his name above any other names in this world.

I DECLARE: Matthew 5: 8: Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God.

I DO: What action will I take today after meditating on the word of God?

I PRAY: Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit.
