I READ: Genesis 6:9-22
The Lord instructed Noah to do something that was odd, which was to build a big ark on top of a mountain. The Lord was bringing floodwaters on earth to destroy everything that was on earth. The measurements of the ark was given by the Lord and Noah and his children did not question Him one bit. Obediently, they built the ark. For years while building the ark, people mocked and laughed at Noah. They even thought that he had gone crazy. Noah’s belief and obedience in the Lord resulted in a miracle that saved his entire family. If Noah was not obedient, the miracle would not have taken place. His family would have been killed in the flood.
I DECLARE: 1 John 2:3 – Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments.
I DO: What action am I going to take after meditating on the Word of God?
I PRAY: Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit.
