I READ: Ephesians 4:1-6.
The humility of Jesus Christ is something that children of God should imitate. Jesus is our Lord and King, despite his experience on Earth, He never became angry or bitter to those who mocked and harassed Him. He humbled himself through all the ridicules and stayed faithful in helping those who seek Him. As a teacher, He humbled himself as He washed the feet of His disciples with love and gentleness. In the end, He gave up his life on the cross to pay for our sins that He did not commit. Through His humility, humanity was able to be saved for those who believe. Humility can have a positive impact on our lives whereas our pride will surely destroy us. Remember that everything we have comes from God so there is no reason for us to boast.
I DECLARE: Proverb 22:4:” By humility and the fear of the Lord are riches and honor and life”.
