Daily Verses: John 14:12-14
Key Verse: John 14:12 : “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.”
When Jesus lived on Earth, He always did great things. Miracles and signs of wonder always followed Him. The blind could see, the dead rose up, those who were bound by dark powers were set free. He also walked on water during a storm, He even calmed the storm in an instance, He turned water into wine, and there are many more amazing things that He did. The Word that we read today says that if we believe in the Lord Jesus, then we too can do all of the things that He has done. If we truly believe, then nothing will be impossible for us because we are able to do great things and things that seem impossible will be possible. How can we believe in God? If we see His cross and the power of His cross and are sure that the Lord loves us and believe in His grace, then our faith will rise up. Faith is what enables us to do great things, in fact even greater than the things that Jesus Himself ever did.
Walk with faith and we will experience miracles upon miracles.
Daily Action:
Starting today, I will meditate often on the Lord’s cross, His love and His grace, so my faith will rise up until I am able to do great things in my life.
Daily Declaration:
Philippians 4:13: I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Daily Prayer:
I will start to practice praying by declaring the Word, until it becomes a part of my lifestyle. I will also continue to pray for my VIP prayer list.
