GOD’S POWER

I READ: Revelation 1 : 4 – 8, 17 – 20

The book of Revelation states that Jesus has been in existence since the beginning of time and will live forevermore. He is the Alpha and Omega, who is and who was and who is to come (verse 4 and 8). The power of Jesus is not limited and will always be there until the end (verse 6 and 8). Jesus will live forevermore and the kingdom of death has been defeated (verse 17 and 18). These promises can be found in the Book of Revelation, which is the last book in the Bible and is also known as the book of the end time. Since this is the book of the end time, the things written in it will happen these days because we’re living at the end time (verse 19 and 20). If Jesus is said to have the same power as when He was living on this earth, we do not need to worry about our lives anymore because He is said to live forevermore and that means His power is still taking place. The devil has been  defeated once and forever on the cross. Our part as God’s churches, who are waiting for His second coming, is to use the power of God so that our lives will be filled with victories until His second coming.

I DECLARE: Hebrews 13 : 8 :  Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever

I DO: I will practice the power of God by praying and worshipping Him as well as meditating and declaring His Word.

I PRAY: I will pray with my family in the prayer tower.
