I READ: 1 Timothy 1 and 2
During Paul’s ministry in spreading the gospel, he was helped by Timothy a lot. Timothy was the son of one of Paul’s students. When Paul continued his journey to spread the gospel to Macedonia, he left Timothy in Ephesus to shepherd the congregation there. Paul then wrote letters that served as guidance for Timothy’s ministry. Through his letters, Paul reminded Timothy to continually teach the congregation to live in God’s grace. God’s grace is given to anyone who believes and have faith in Jesus Christ. Those of us who were sinners, when we believe in Jesus and His cross, we will be made righteous.
I DECLARE: 1 Timothy 1:14 – And the grace of our Lord was exceedingly abundant, with faith and love which are in Christ Jesus.
I DO: What actions am I going to take after meditating on the Word of God?
I PRAY: Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit.
