DO WHAT’S RIGHT

I READ: Romans 12:1-2, Psalm 26

One of the signs of spiritual maturity is doing what is right. A child of God who is mature spiritually will use the Word of God standards in all things. He/she will weigh whether or not his/her desires, decisions, and actions are contradictory or not with the Word of God. Romans 12:2 says, “And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good, and acceptable and perfect, will of God.” The renewing of the mind only happens by reading the Word of God diligently. Therefore, let’s be more intimate with the Lord and read His Word so we are able to do what is right and pleasing to God.

I DECLARE: Psalm 26:3 – For Your loving kindness is before my eyes, and I have walked in Your truth.

I DO: What action will I take today after meditating on the Word of God?

I PRAY: Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit.
