“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” Acts 1:8
After the Lord Jesus ascended to heaven, 120 of His disciples gathered together in the upper room in Jerusalem. They did this because the Lord had told them, “Do not go out from Jerusalem before you are filled with the power from the Most High.” He said this to more than 500 disciples, but only 120 of them responded. They then became diligent and prayed together in agreement; they had prayer, praise and worship in unity, day and night. This is the Restoration of the Tabernacle of David – that is Prayer Tower and our church’s DNA.
They did this for 10 days and on the Day of Pentecost, there was a sudden mighty rushing wind that entered the room. And suddenly, there appeared tongues as of fire upon each of them. They were filled with the Holy Spirit and they began to speak in the Spirit.
The first church was born on that day. The lifestyle of the first churches is that they were diligent in the apostle teaching and fellowship. They liked to read the Bible. They always gathered together to break bread and pray. They were always joyful, generous and loved to praise God. They liked to give and they performed signs and wonders. They were liked by others, and each day people became believers of God.
Pastor Niko Njotorahardjo’s testimony connects with Empowered 21 Asia in Singapore this past June:
There was a servant of God named Russel Evans from Planetshakers Church, Melbourne. He was from Global Council, sent from Australia and Pastor Niko from Asia. When Planetshakers Church held a conference, Russel Evans suddenly called the Indonesians who attended and started to prophecy his vision for Indonesia. He said this:
I see a light coming from Indonesia and the Lord says, “I will rise up the House of Judah, my house of praise. I will rise up the house of breakthroughs. I will rise up a house that will destroy the walls that were built by the enemies. I will speak with a voice that will shake all things, move all things and shake the Heaven.” I see millions of young people on fire and love Jesus radically! And they will serve their nations like never before. I see fire starting to spread and spread, and the glorious cloud. Wow! In the desert, they are led by the pillars of cloud and pillars of fire. I see the Holy Spirit fire will go out from Indonesia. God will release His light and power, His stripes, His protection and His glory. Because this is the time for Indonesia, this is time for the fire to burn.. burn.. burn!”
The fire of the Holy Spirit is in Indonesia and this will spread everywhere. You will be filled with the Holy Spirit and you will be used by the Lord greatly. A great harvest of souls will happen. Amen!
