I READ: Galatians 5
What does it mean by freedom in Christ? We live because of our faith and His work on the cross. We don’t have to depend on our own efforts to receive God’s blessings because He has already given them to us. Our part is to just believe and start receiving them with faith. Freedom in Christ means that we no longer live according to our flesh but spirit. Our flesh, with all of its lusts and wants, was already defeated on the cross with Christ. In return, we have received the fruits of the Spirit. Even so, Paul reminded us not to misuse the freedom God has given us as a license to live in sin. Never take His grace that forgives all of our sins for granted.
I DECLARE: Galatians 5 : 18 – But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
