WILL NOT EXCEED OUR STRENGTH

Daily Verses : John 5 : 1 – 9

Key verse : John 5 : 6 : When Jesus saw him lying there and learned that he had been in this condition for a long time, he asked him, “Do you want to get well?”.

From this story, we can conclude that the Lord will not put us through a test or a trial that is more than we can handle, 1 Corinthians 10:13. Satan will strive to make us stumble but the Lord will give us a way out so that we can win over any test or trial that may occur. Look at the story of the paralytic at the pool of Bethesda. He was close to being discouraged with his life situation (verse 7) but the Lord knew and He came to give him a way out according to His timing. In the end, the paralytic was able to experience a perfect miracle of healing. The Lord truly loves us and He will surely give us a way out for any struggle we face. Do not be shaken, continue to believe.

The Lord will make a way even when there seems to be no way. See with eyes of faith.

Daily Action :
Even if I experience a struggle that has not been addressed by the Lord I will not become disappointed. I will continue to believe that everything will become good according to God’s timing.

Daily Declaration :
1 Corinthians 10 : 13 : No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.

Daily Prayer :
I will lift up a prayer of intercession for people I know who are currently experiencing struggles so that they may have strength and will have their prayers answered in God’s timing and in His ways so that the glory of the Lord will be realized in their lives.
