TO LOVE ONE ANOTHER

I READ: 1 John 4 : 7-12

The word of God states that in the end times the love of many people will grow cold. So that is why the Lord’s anointing is very important. It’s going to enable us to love one another. David practiced this kind of love to Saul. During the battle, David had two chances to kill Saul, but he didn’t do it. David didn’t have the bravery to touch someone who was anointed by God, let alone kill him. This was a great example, how David was able to love Saul, who was his enemy. In His anointing we can love others without requirements. Maybe in the past, we only loved those who did good to us and who benefited us. But through the Lord’s anointing, that love is restored in our lives and we are able to love one another even more.

I DECLARE: Ephesians 5: 2: And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma.

I DO: What action will I take today after meditating on the Word of God?

I PRAY: Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit.
