THE TABERNACLE OF DAVID

I READ: Acts 15:16–17, 1 Chronicle 24-25

When David became the King of Israel, he built the Lord’s tent that was called the Tabernacle of David.  The Ark of The Covenant was placed inside of it.  1 Chronicles 24–25 explained in detail how David arranged the service order where the priests were given a task to continuously worship and pray for 24/7.  There were 288 assigned priests divided into 12 group of people where they took turns to praise and worship for 24 hours.  Day and night there was unity in prayer, praise and worship. Through this story, the Lord wants to remind us to rebuild our prayer, praise, and worship to the Lord. Be more intimate and love the Lord more.

I DECLARE: Acts 15:16 – After this I will return And will rebuild the Tabernacle of David, which has fallen down; I will rebuild its ruins, and I will set it up.

I DO: What action will I take today after meditating the Word of God?

I PRAY: Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit.
