THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

I READ: Acts 1:4–8, Acts 2: 1–4, Acts 4:31

In order for us to be able to testify and proclaim the gospel, we need to be accompanied by the power of the Holy Spirit. This power of the Holy Spirit gives us boldness and a sense of authority when we speak. It also accompanies our testimonies with miracles. In order for us to receive the power of the Holy Spirit, we have to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit and have to be filled with it continuously. Through our prayers to the Father we can ask to be baptized with the Holy Spirit.

I DECLARE: Acts 1 : 8 – But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me[a] in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.

I DO: What action will I take today after meditating on the Word of God?

I PRAY: Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit.
