I READ: Matthew 5:13-16.
The world is getting darker and it needs the light of Christ that comes from God’s children. We have to be intimate with Jesus, so His eternal Light will shine through us. The amount of light that shines from our lives depend on our intimacy level with Jesus. As God’s children we have to stand up to live in His righteousness and to preach the Gospel. Many of us have been believers for so many years, but have we been a light for our family and the people around us? Or maybe that light has started to die down. Let’ s rise up and be the light of the world and many will come to believe in Jesus Christ.
I DECLARE: Proverb 13: 9 The light of the righteous rejoices, but the lamp of the wicked will be put out.
I DO: What actions will I take today after meditating on the Word of God?
I PRAY: Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit.
