I READ: Matthew 25:1-13
As the bride of Christ, it is our duty to prepare ourselves for His coming that can happen at any moment. At the appointed time Christ will come to take His bride which is His church who is ready and without blemish. In order for us to prepare ourselves as His bride, we must dress our soul and spirit so that we are beautiful. Our soul speaks of our character, our will, and our hearts. Have we dressed ourselves so that we embody the character of Jesus Christ, our will as the Father’s will in heaven, and a pure heart? Is our spirit still burning? In order for us to keep the fire of the spirit burning, we need to have an intimate relationship with God and live according to His calling. Let us be made beautiful so that we are ready to enter the marriage supper of the Lamb of God.
I DECLARE : Revelation 19:7 – Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready.
