TEAMWORK

Daily Verses : Philippians 2 : 19 – 30, Ecclesiastes 4 : 9-12

Key Verse : Philippians 2 : 25 : Yet I considered it necessary to send to you Epaphroditus, my brother, fellow worker, and fellow soldier, but your messenger and the one who ministered to my need

Timothy and Epaphroditus are Paul’s colleagues. They ministered the Lord’s work together as a ‘teamwork’. Because they had such a close relationship with Paul, Paul called them as his own brothers. Through today’s devotion, we learn that to fulfill the Lord’s calling, we need to work together with fellow children of God. Like the book of Ecclesiastes says that when we work together, we will strengthen one another. When we are weak, there is a friend that will strengthen us so that we are able to work again. But if we are alone, when we are weak, chances are we are not able to work again. In these last days, let us not be alone, let us be involved greatly in a true community, like the local church and family altar.

Work hand in hand for the Kingdom of God, everything will be light and full of joy.

Daily Action :
Today I will pray so that there is unity in my local church, my family altar and my family.

Daily Declaration :
Ecclesiastes 4 : 9-10 : Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls, for he has no one to help him up.

Daily Prayer :
I am going to pray and ask the Holy Spirit to open up opportunities for me so that I can start to testify to people who do not know about the Lord Jesus. I will say words of blessings to every single person I meet today.
