STAND GUARD IN PRAYER

I READ : Colossians 4:1-18

Apostle Paul closed his letter to the Colossians by reminding them to pray a lot. Persevere and keep watch in prayer. Continue to give thanksgiving and to pray for the preaching of the gospel. We need to be vigilant in our prayers because these last days we are entering a period of great spiritual warfare. The devil will not remain silent with the harvest that will take place. He will begin to disrupt the preaching of the gospel that is going on. We need to pray a lot for evangelists, churches, and God’s children so that evangelism can take place without the intrusion of the evil one. Pray until God visits our lives, families, churches, cities, and nations. Do not stop praying before all of those things happen. Remind the Lord that He will immediately carry out His Word for all of us.

I DECLARE: Colossians 4:2 – Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving.

I DO : What action will I take today after meditating on the word of God?

I PRAY : Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit.
