REMAIN CALM

I READ: Isaiah 40: 28-31

When we dwell in His presence and wait on The Lord, He will pour out His strength and new power on us. He will also reaffirm our faith. There is a biblical story on how Jesus taught His disciples to keep calm and trust Him in the middle of the storm they were experiencing when they were in the boat. Often, we are like His disciples drowning in confusion and panic in the middle of the storm of life we are experiencing. We forget to remain calm and abide by the Lord, to ask His wisdom in facing all the storms that are happening. Often times, we try to find a way out by using our own strength or seek help from others. Pray a lot, worship the Lord, and meditate on His Word.

I DECLARE: Isaiah 30:15b – In quietness and confidence shall be your strength.

I DO: What action will I take today after meditating on the Word of God?

I PRAY: Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit.
