RELENTLESSLY DECLARING HIS WORDS

I READ: Deuteronomy 6: 3 – 9

In our Deuteronomy reading, the Lord reminded the Israelites to speak the Word of God diligently to their children. They shall talk of them when they sit in their house, when they walk by the way, when they lie down, and when they rise up. The Israelites shall bind them as a sign on their hand, and they shall be as frontlets between their eyes. They shall write them on the doorposts of their house and on their gates. What do all these mean for us in the present day? It means that the Word of God should always be in our hearts. Let it be in our minds and let us declare it repeatedly wherever we may be. If we continuously declare His word, then our condition will become better and will multiply greatly, Deuteronomy 6:3.

I DELCARE: Psalms 119:105: Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.

I DO: What actions am I going to take today after meditating on the Word of God?

I PRAY: Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit.
