I READ: John 17:20-26
How can the body of Christ unite? The answer is in verse 22 of our devotion today which says that God’s glory coming down upon His churches will unite them all. In other words, it’s impossible to have unity with our own efforts. Verses 23 and 26 further explain that God’s glory that is at work is in the form of His love, which allows His body, or the churches, to come together as one. When that happens, we are able to build a prayer tower where churches pray day and night in unity to ask for revival in America.
I DECLARE: John 17:23 – I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.
I DO: What actions am I going to take after meditating on the Word of God?
I PRAY: Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit.
