I READ: John 3:1-21
One night, Nicodemus came to Jesus and started to ask questions. Jesus answered him with great wisdom that brought Nicodemus to believe in Jesus. As a result, Nicodemus received an everlasting life. When we are evangelizing, many times others come to us first to open conversations, but there are also times when we need to open up conversations. We can learn from the story of Jesus when He evangelized to the Samaritan woman. Jesus started the conversation. When we are the ones opening the conversation, we can start asking questions such as, “Do you know Jesus”, “Do you believe in heaven and earth?”, or other indirect questions, such as, “Do you go to church?”, or “What are your beliefs/religion?” Be bold enough to open up conversations and leave the rest for the Holy Spirit to work.
I DECLARE: John 30:16 – For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
I DO: What action will I take today after meditating the Word of God?
I PRAY: Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit.
