Through today’s Word, the Lord is reminding us to love one another as members of the body of Christ. Wives must love their husbands and learn to submit to their husbands as they submit and obey the Lord. Husbands must also love their wives just as Christ loves the church. The Lord reminds husbands and wives that Jesus must be at the center of their lives. This is why the Lord teaches that loving your partner is the same as loving the Lord. The Word of God also reminds children to love their parents by obeying them. Parents must also love their children and not provoke them to anger. Servants must love their masters by respectfully and sincerely obeying them just as they would Christ. In the same manner, masters must also love their servants and avoid any threats, intimidation, and comparisons because the Lord never compares. Ephesians 6 : 8 says that if you do good and love one another you will receive the same from the Lord and He will bless your life.
Love one another, so the channel of blessing in our life is not blocked.
Daily Action :
I will meditate on today’s Word and will start to act upon it today.
Daily Declaration :
Ephesians 6 : 8 : Remember that the Lord will reward each one of us for the good we do, whether we are slaves or free.
Daily Prayer :
I will prayer-fast and prayer-walk around my school, workplace, and neighborhood until there is united prayer there, where prayer groups will form.
