I READ: Proverbs 6: 16-19
God hates sin. Proverbs 6 says that God does not like arrogant eyes, a lying tongue, deceptions and people who devises wicked plans for others. God loves man, he doesn’t hate them but he hates all kinds of atrocities man does. God hates evil because it is evil and sin that separates man from God’s Love. Are we sinning or committing evil things that the Lord detest? Now that you know how God feels about sin and evil, let us confess and repent from our sins and ask the Holy Spirit to remind us constantly so we don’t repeat making the same mistakes again.
I Declare: Proverbs 8: 13: The fear of the Lord is to hate evil.
I DO: What action will I take today after meditating on the Word of God?
I PRAY: Pray according to the guidance from the Holy Spirit.
