Key Verse: Deuteronomy 28:8:” “The LORD will command the blessing on you in your storehouses and in all to which you set your hand, and He will bless you in the land which the LORD your God is giving you.”
It is written in the Old Testament that the rise and fall of an Israelite King is determined by their obedience in the Lord. If they are obedient in having fellowship with the Lord and follow His ways, then the King and the nation he leads (the Israelites) will be blessed with peace and abundance. On the contrary, if they worship idols and divert from God’s ways, they will be easily defeated by their enemies and live in suffering. Therefore, the key of victory and God’s blessing is obedience. Obedience in the Lord shows that we are submissive and we honor the Lord. It also shows that we are willing to do what He desires. How much we love the Lord also determines the level of our obedience. If we want our lives to be peaceful, blessed and protected by the Lord, live in obedience and fear of the Lord. Whereas, disobedience will result in sufferings and create an opening in the covering of our lives.
Obedience in the Lord will cover our lives from the attack of the evil one.
Daily Action:
I want to always be obedient in doing what the Lord desires.
Daily Declaration:
Ephesians 6: 5: “Bondservants, be obedient to those who are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in sincerity of heart, as to Christ.“

I pray so that America goes back to living based on biblical teachings again.
