I READ: Isaiah 53:1-12
Isaiah 53 talks about Jesus’ suffering and sacrifice on the cross in detail. How He was mocked by people, filled with pain, beaten, stabbed, crucified among rebels, executed, abandoned by the Father in Heaven, and bore all of the sins and curses of the entire world. At the cross, Jesus bore all of our sicknesses. And He said to the Father, “It is finished.” Every curse, punishment, and sickness has been borne by Him on the cross. Praise the Lord for His great work on the cross, so that we can believe in Him and no longer need to bear it all. We no longer need to worry and be afraid. Surrender it all at the cross.
