I READ: Colossians 1:15-23
A body that is complete consists of a head and limbs, the same can be said about us Christians. Jesus Christ is the head of the body, which is also His church. He longs to take part in our lives as we are the living members of His body. In reality, there are many members of the body of Christ who choose not to let God take part in their lives which leads to distress, trouble, division, and destruction. Christ’s second coming is very near for He is constantly and continuously preparing us as the body of Christ so that we will be able to live in harmony with Jesus as the head. For that reason, as members of the body of Christ, we must live humbly in submission to Christ and we must love one another.
I DECLARE: 1 Corinthians 12:20 – But now indeed there are many members, yet one body.
I DO: What action will I take today after meditating on the Word of God?
I PRAY: Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit
