Daily Verses : Psalm 28:6-9.
Key Verse : Psalm 28:7: “The LORD is my strength and my shield; My heart trusted in Him, and I am helped; Therefore my heart greatly rejoices, And with my song I will praise Him.”
When we realize the Lord’s goodness, love and protection in our life, it will cause us to give thanks every day. No matter what problem we may face, when we think back to all of God’s goodness and mercy, our heart will be at ease and we will have peace and joy. On the contrary, when we easily complain and think negatively, it will be difficult for us to see the good and give thanks. For those who do complain, life becomes difficult and hard to enjoy. Giving thanks requires strong will and at times, an act of faith. Get into the habit of giving thanks every morning when you wake up. Get into the habit of giving thanks for everything you receive in life, even for the “little” things. Above all, increase your thanksgiving when you are in a difficult situation, even when it hurts the most. Giving thanks will lift your heart, spirit and faith. Everyday will be better when we fill it with thanksgiving.
If your heart is joyful, then your face will be beaming.
Daily Action :
Every morning I will read Psalm 91 and believe that the Lord will be with me for the entire day.
Daily Declaration :
Psalm 68:3: “But let the righteous be glad; Let them rejoice before God; Yes, let them rejoice exceedingly.”
Daily Prayer :
I pray that the Lord use different ways to bring those on my VIP prayer list to repentance, and for them to believe in Jesus.
