I READ: Psalm 23:1-6
As a shepherd, there were times when David had to spend the night in the field with his sheep’s. It was a reflection of him as a good shepherd. He walked around his sheep’s. When he walked in the middle of the night, David sang Psalm 23 as worship to the Lord, although deep within his heart, he was probably scared. However, David did not make it as a big deal. He instead built his trust in the Lord by singing praises to Him. Like David, maybe today you also feel scared, confused, or lonely. Sing praises to Him. Don’t exaggerate your problems, but praise God. Praise Him through our worship and declaration of His Words because there are God’s guidance and consolation in our lives.
I DECLARE: Jeremiah 10:6 – Inasmuch as there is none like You, O Lord.
I DO: What actions am I going to take after meditating on the Word of God?
I PRAY:Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit.
