GRACE OF GOD

I READ : Ephesians 2:8-9, John 3:16-18, 2 Corinthians 8:9

Before we introduce others to Christ, we first must know Jesus. Jesus loves us so much and He is the answer for us.  We are forgiven and saved altogether.  It is not because of our efforts, our good deeds, or because we have obeyed the Lord’s commands that we have obtained salvation.  The Lord has actually given it to us for free.  It is a gift from God and is solely because of His grace.  He has paid in full our salvation with His blood, because we are unable to pay and be justified. We are saved and justified because of our faith in Jesus.  The devil has been defeated by the blood of Jesus and can no longer touch our lives.  Nor do we need to bear the punishment for our sins.  Through His sacrifice all our weaknesses, poverty, past, and sicknesses have been borne by Him.

I DECLARE:  2 Corinthians 8:9 – For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich.

I DO: What action am I going to take after meditating on the Word of God?

I PRAY:  Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit.
