Daily Reading: Galatians 6:1-10.
Key Verse: Galatians 6:9: “And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.”
Mother Theresa is an individual who is well known for her acts of kindness. she faithfully did acts of kindness until the end of her life. From her acts of kindness, we can see that she was doing it sincerely and with the right motivation. She was kind towards everyone, including the poor, the sick, and the castaways of society. She did it without expecting any repayment. She was able to do all of these because she had the heart of Jesus, which was filled with love and compassion. Through her actions, we can clearly see that Jesus was inside of her and His name was glorified through her actions. as believers who know the love and grace of God, let us not focus on our own needs. But let us diligently do acts of kindness and have the right motivation when we help someone. The Word of God states that there will be time when we reap what we sow. We have to remember that the more acts of kindness we commit, the more treasure we are gathering in heaven.
Someone who is diligent in doing acts of kindness will reap a lot of virtues.
I want to throw away the ego that is preventing me from doing kind things.
James 4:17:”Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin.”
I am going to pray so that the church will help others who are in need even more these days.
