I READ: Isaiah 54: 2 – 4
How can we strengthen God’s calling and will for our life? One way is by enlarging the capacity of our life. These days, whatever the Lord entrusts in our life – talents and gifts, wealth, intelligence, etc. we need to try to multiply them. The Lord reminds us to not be frugal and calculative with Him. The Lord gave His life freely to us without ever being calculative and/or frugal. Give back everything that the Lord has trusted to you back to Him by multiplying everything and using it to fulfill God’s calling and will. We should be all the more diligent in serving the Lord, sow more, and be more serious with the Lord. Give more of your time to the Lord and for the ministry. Don’t live only for yourself, only to fill your own needs and desires, but start to give your life for the harvesting of souls, for the ministry, and to fulfill God’s calling and will. Run for the Lord and don’t focus on yourself. There is not much time, the Lord is coming soon!
I DECLARE: 2 Peter 1: 10: Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble.
I DO: I pray that the Holy Spirit strengthens me to enlarge my life’s capacity, so that I can be more active in the ministry that the Lord has trusted me with.
I PRAY: Today I will pray with my family, so that we can be used more by God, in His calling and will for our family.
