I READ: Romans 12:9-14
The Word of God teaches us, followers of Jesus Christ, to be able to respect others and to see the needs of others rather than our own. It turns out that this is also the key for us to build unity. Egoistic or selfish attitudes must be kept away from the lives of believers. The center of all is the Lord Jesus, no longer self. All believers of Jesus Christ must love others, especially brothers and sisters in Christ. We must take care of the welfare, the needs and spiritual circumstances of our fellow believers and share our sympathy and help them in need, caring and respecting each other. Jesus came into this world not to be served, but to serve and to give His life as a ransom for many, Matthew 20:28.
I DECLARE: Galatians 6:9 – And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.
I DO: What action will I take today after meditating on the word of God?
I PRAY: Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit.
