I READ: Genesis 19:12–17
We believe that everything God does in our lives is for our own good. But many times without us realizing, we don’t quickly respond to what God is telling us to do, just like what Lot and his family did. Lot knew that God was going to banish the city he lived in without of the sin of Sodom and Gomorrah. The Lord had compassion and wanted to provide a better place for Lot. But Lot was stalling leaving out of Sodom. Luckily God sent his two angels to pull the hands of Lot’s family so that they could be saved. Let us be more sensitive with every opportunity the Lord gives us. Don’t stall! Now is the time to run with God. Focus our eyes to the front and focus our eyes on the Lord.
