COMFORT ZONE

I READ: Psalm 126

In this life, there is no harvest without sowing. A farmer does not know whether the seed he sows will produce a good harvest or not because the harvest depends on the amount of rainfall, soil fertility, the presence or absence of plant pests. Although not knowing what the outcome will be like, farmers stay up early to sow the seeds and work the soil. The farmer has to leave his comfort zone in order for him to produce and harvest. The same concept also applies to us as children of God. Stepping outside of our comfort zone is one of the reasons why some of us are not living in God’s calling. Challenges and the price that was paid by Jesus Christ will empower us to move forward boldly towards his calling.

I DECLARE: Matthew 6:33 – But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

I DO: What action will I take today after meditating on the Word of God?

I PRAY: Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit
