I READ: John 5:1–9
From this story, we can conclude that the Lord will not put us through a test or a trial that is more than we can handle. Satan will strive to make us stumble but the Lord will give us a way out so that we can win over any test or trial that may occur. Look at the story of the paralytic at the pool of Bethesda. He was close to being discouraged with his life situation (verse 7) but the Lord knew and He came to give him a way out according to His timing. In the end, the paralytic was able to experience a perfect miracle of healing. The Lord truly loves us and He will surely give us a way out for any struggle we face. Do not be shaken, continue to believe.
I DECLARE: 1 Corinthians 10:13 – …but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.
I DO: What action will I take today after meditating on the Word of God?
