I READ: John 2:1-11, Ezekiel 36:26
The first miracle that was performed by Jesus when He was on earth was turn water into wine during a wedding in Cana. When they ran out of wine, a miracle happened because Jesus’ mother believed in His power. Also because the servants were obedient. The servants were told to do whatever Jesus asked them to do. They obeyed Mary and when Jesus asked them to fill the waterpots with water, they did exactly that. They then were asked to draw some water and take it to the master of the feast. Even though what was asked of them didn’t make sense, they obeyed. They could have been fired by the master of the feast if the water did not change into wine, but nevertheless, they were obedient in doing everything Jesus asked them to do.
I DECLARE: John 11:40 – Jesus said to her, “Did I not say to you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God?”
I DO: What action will I take today after meditating on the Word of God?
