I READ: Psalms 51, Ezekiel 36 : 26-27
When we ask for a new heart from God, He will give us peace. A new heart is a heart that loves Him and makes us want to turn away from the evil ways. By having a new heart, we’ll be able to experience a spiritual renewal, which means that we can live intimately with the Lord and we will love Him more than before. Towards the second coming of Jesus, there are many things the world offers that can draw our attention away from God and makes us no longer obey the will of the Lord. With possessing a new heart, it will enable us to live obediently according to His Word and it will bring an impact in our lives. We have to believe that inside our heart there is a new heart and the spirit of God is dwelling in us.
I DECLARE: Psalm 51 : 12: Create in me a clean heart, o God and renew a steadfast spirit within me.
I DO : What action will I take today after meditating on the Word of God?
I PRAY : Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit.
