I READ: Ephesians 6:10-24
God gives us His whole armor, so we can fight the devil’s tricks. When He died on the cross, He defeated all of the power of the devil and made the devil sprawled at His feet. That is why these days, we are not fighting for victory, but rather, we are fighting in our victorious position. The sign of a person who wins during a war is that he/she stands upright, whereas his/her opponent falls. In the Word of God, we read today, the word “standing” was written twice, which means that we have won. So, the spiritual warfare these days is not to win again, but to proclaim to the devil that we have won. Reject all the devil’s tricks when he says that we have been defeated. Remind the devil that he is the one who has been defeated, once and for all through the blood of the Lamb.
