STAY CALM

I READ: Isaiah 40:28-31

When we wait upon the Lord and dwell in His presence, He will renew our strength, which we need to be able to face our days full of challenges. He will also reaffirm our faith. Jesus taught His disciples to stay calm and to believe in the middle of the storm they were experiencing while in the boat. Often times we are like His disciples, drowning in our turmoil and panic in the storms of life. We forget to remain calm and silent at the Lord’s feet to ask His wisdom. More often we immediately try to seek for ways out using our own strength or even seek help from others. Let us learn to stay calm.

I DECLARE: Yesaya 30 : 15b – …In quietness and confidence shall be your strength.

I DO: What actions am I going to take after meditating on the Word of God?

I PRAY: Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit.
