God’s Will

I READ : Rome 12 : 1-2, Psalm 143

The main purpose of knowing God’s will is so that we can please and glorify Him in our lives. However, we are often not able to discern which ones are God’s wills or ours. David was called as “the man after God’s own heart” because he really understood the will of God. We need to set aside our own selfish desires to obtain the true understanding of the Lord’s heart, which often times may not coincide with ours. God has prepared blessings, a future, and a hope for His children who humble themselves to follow His will. Be intimate with God and continuously meditate on His Words to activate the Holy Spirit within us that will guide us to fulfill the will of God.

I DECLARE : Ephesians 5 : 17 : Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.

I DO : What action will I take today after meditating on the Word of God?

I PRAY : Pray as guided by the Holy Spirit.
