I READ: Colossians 2: 11 – 23
There are three absolute victories of Christ. First, through Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross, sin can no longer rule over us. God has forgiven all our breaches and nailed all our sins on the cross. Secondly, through His crucifixion the devil has been defeated and Jesus has triumphantly won, and that victory was given to us, His church. The third, Jesus nailed the curse on the cross, so we no longer need to live under the curse but under God’s grace. We no longer need to live in fear and condemnation. Jesus freed us from the curse by becoming a curse for us.
I DECLARE: Colossians 2:15 Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.
