The Third Pentecost as The New Pentecost

When we hear the word “Pentecost”, we automatically think about an event that took place more than 2000 years ago in the upper room in Jerusalem, as written in Acts 2:1-13.

But, the promise of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit hasn’t ended.  When we read in Joel 2:28, “And it shall come to pass afterward that I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh…”, we can see here that everything did not come to pass during the first Pentecost.  The Holy Spirit has not been poured out “on all flesh”.  What occurred 2000 years ago was the beginning of the fulfillment of God’s promise on the outpouring of the Holy Spirit.  It will continue to take place and it will be greater and more amazing all the way until the second coming of the Lord Jesus.

History proves how after the first Pentecost greatly took place in Jerusalem, the next wave of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit occurred in 1906 in Azusa Street. This was seen as a more intense, heavier rain than the first Pentecost. The impact spread to the nations.

We are in the era of the next wave, where the outpouring of the Holy Spirit will be even greater and spread further. On July 17-20, 2018, through Empowered 21 Asia-Global event held in SICC, it was declared that the Third Pentecost has already started. This third Pentecost is a new birth of Pentecost. It starts from Asia; more specifically, Indonesia.

Many people are asking, “What does the Third Pentecost mean?” It is the outpouring of the Holy Spirit that is taking place right now and is the cause of the greatest and last harvest of souls before the second coming of the Lord Jesus.  The outpouring of the Holy Spirit will hit the whole world and it’s going to start with the revival of the young generation.  This movement will then move back to Jerusalem.  From East to West and Back to Jerusalem!

The Third Pentecost needs to take place in order to complete the Great Commission.  In the bible, there are two places that illustrate the Lord’s Great Commission, in Matthew 28:18-20 and Mark 16:15-18.  Do we want to be used by the Lord as described in these verses?  Do we want to experience miracles and wonders?  Go and evangelize!

If we long for His second coming, we have to evangelize! Therefore, the Lord has poured out the third Pentecost so that we can finish the Great Commission of the Lord Jesus. This third Pentecost will spread throughout the world and it will start from the movement of young people! The Lord will rise up Jeremiah Generation – a generation of young people who are filled with the Holy Spirit, who love the Lord radically, who do not compromise with sin and who will serve this nation like never before. Amen.
